
Diono is a celebrated international brand headquartered in Seattle, WA, known for its award-winning Radian® RXT car seats and travel solutions. They came to us facing a compressed timeline after encountering unexpected challenges building their new website in-house.
We embedded quickly within the Diono organization, participating in strategy and marketing meetings to understand both immediate needs and long-term goals for the website redesign.
In just 42 days, we launched a fully responsive site optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile with a sharp focus on search engine visibility. Through a collaborative IA process, we identified the ideal placement for secondary and tertiary content and crafted a design that elevated the lifestyle brand while showcasing Diono’s product line.
The results spoke for themselves: a refreshed interface that truly reflected the Diono brand, a significantly improved shopping experience, a 212% increase in organic traffic, and marketing goals exceeded by 40% within the first two months.

Brand Evolution
The original site was outdated, off-brand, and lacked mobile responsiveness. Our redesign put the products front and center, elevated the brand identity, and brought Diono into the mobile era.
Following the successful launch, Counterspace became Diono’s lead design and technology partner. We rolled out 11 international sites across 7 languages, expanded the US and Canadian sites to support a growing product line, and introduced e-commerce capabilities to drive sales.
The Next Chapter
Brands must continually evolve to stay competitive, and it was time for Diono to take the next step. Drawing on years of partnership, we built an entirely new front- and back-end experience driven by the expanding mobile market.
Beyond a bold new design, we consolidated three previously independent European websites onto a single CMS with a language selector, improving internal efficiency. We built region-specific functionality for each international site and created a custom registration database to streamline customer support.
The relaunch delivered immediate gains in SEO performance and sales while dramatically improving internal workflows and operational efficiency.
