ProcureHeals offers wellness and recovery products designed to help people feel better day to day, with a growing catalog that spans multiple use cases and shopping behaviors—from quick, problem-specific purchases to deeper research before buying.
Counterspace partnered with ProcureHeals to redesign the WordPress experience from the ground up—clarifying how customers browse the catalog, understand product differences, and move from “interest” to “purchase” with confidence. The focus was on making the brand feel more credible, the navigation more intuitive, and the product story easier to grasp in seconds.
We designed a calm, product-forward UI that lets photography and packaging lead without the site feeling noisy, and built consistent patterns for category browsing, collection exploration, and product detail pages. Each product page was structured to answer the questions that matter most—what it is, what it’s for, how to use it, and what makes it different—paired with clear calls to action and supporting content that reduces uncertainty.
Alongside the redesign, ProcureHeals also introduced updates across their product line. We built a scalable system of templates and structured content so new products, refreshed positioning, updated packaging, and evolving product details can be rolled out quickly while staying consistent across the entire site—giving the team a modern publishing and commerce-ready platform built for ongoing growth.
