When Merrill Lynch heard from their clients that their online Money Management System was sub par, they contacted counterspace to design a new solution. Through extensive research and series of interviews with clients, money managers and decision makers at Merrill, we created the Information Architecture that became the framework for the new Merrill Lynch Money Manger Services Web based application.
This project was very heavily Information driven. The tools and charts needed to be designed so that users could easily interpret accounts, use the tools, and generate information. The final solution increased usability and set Merrill Lynch apart from their competition and became a leader in online Money Management.
