Approval to Launch

By authorizing Counterspace to launch and make your website “Live”, you agree to the following:

Approval: The website is approved and meets all requirements. Counterspace has delivered a fully functioning, finished product.

Testing: I have been given sufficient time to test the website.

Billable hours: I understand that all future changes or corrections in design or content are now billable against agreed upon post launch hours and if additional hours are required, will be billed at Counterspace’s standard rates.

Browser compatibility: Counterspace has developed my website for compatibility with the most recent versions of  Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Chrome web browsers. I also understand that older browsers (Internet Explorer) and future browsers may not display my website or provide bug-free functionality due to the unpredictable nature of browsers and devices.

Future Issues: Over time, certain aspects of websites may have issues. These include but are not limited to: browser compatibility, software updates, plug-in updates, user error, unknown customer input, hosting performance and other random variables which may require professional attention to these issues. I understand that counterspace is not responsible for these types of issues. You may control and prevent many disruptions with standard maintenance of the website internally or externally.

Maintenance: I understand that counterspace offers maintenance plans (View Maintenance Information) and that if I choose to decline an agreement, future amendments will be scheduled in accordance with standard scheduling procedures. Rush charges will apply for issues requiring immediate attention.
